If you would like a 2 activities to be shown, the word "baseball" will be changed to "Proud" unless something else is requested. If your activity isn’t listed, please list it in the personalization section along with your initials. Please list it like this... fLm = First, Last, Middle The word "baseball" will be changed to represent the hobby of your choice. All cups are handmade and sealed with an FDA compliant clear coat. The clear coat is very durable, but it can crack if dropped so treated kindly. Cups or not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe, should not be soaked and not left in extreme heat. Hand wash only. Cups are customized especially for you. The process takes seven days to complete and the clear coat to fully cure. Once your item is received you must contact me within 48 hours to let me know if there was damage during the shipping process. I checked the cops over multiple times as well as take pictures of them prior to shipping. After that 48 hours there will be no replacement issued.
