Hand wash only.\n\nCups are customized especially for you. The process takes seven days to complete and the clearcoat to fully cure. Estimate ship date will be determined at time of payment. This depends on current order Q. The turnaround time will be noted on your invoice.\n\nAll sales are final. Payment is due up front due to customization. You will fill out the order document. When I’m ready for it to be put in the queue you will be invoiced. Once payment is received your order will be for filled. The turnaround time will be invoiced payment to ship date.\n\nShipping charge is calculated based on mailing address and size of order and will be noted on your invoice.\n\nOnce your item is received you must contact me within 48 hours to let me know if there was damage during the shipping process. I checked the cups over multiple times as well as take pictures of them prior to shipping. After that 48 hours there will be no replacement issued. If there is damage, I will need to receive pictures of the shipping box and the damage cup to file a claim with USPS.
