Decal can be a name, monogram, free clipart, etc. Additional decals or more intricate decals or additional cost. All cups are handmade and sealed with an FDA compliant clearcoat. The clearcoat is very durable, but it can crack if dropped so treated kindly. Cups or not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe, should not be soaked and not left in extreme heat. Hand wash only. Cups are customized especially for you. The process takes seven days to complete and the clearcoat to fully cure. Estimate ship date will be determined at time of payment. This depends on current order Q. The turnaround time will be noted on your invoice. All sales are final. Payment is due up front due to customization. You will fill out the order document. When I’m ready for it to be put in the queue you will be invoiced. Once payment is received your order will be for filled. The turnaround time will be invoiced payment to ship date. Shipping charge is calculated based on mailing address and size of order and will be noted on your invoice. Once your item is received you must contact me within 48 hours to let me know if there was damage during the shipping process. I checked the cups over multiple times as well as take pictures of them prior to shipping. After that 48 hours there will be no replacement issued.
